When do I pay the booking deposit and final payment?

To secure your booking a 20% deposit is required paid by direct debit transfer. The balance is payable 4 weeks prior to your stay - if your booking is within 4 weeks of your stay, full payment is required.

How can I pay?

Currently we prefer all payments to be made by direct bank transfer. Details will be provided on confirmation of booking. However, if this is unsuitable for you we may be able to make alternative arrangements.

What is the breakages deposit for and how is it returned?

A refundable breakages deposit of £100 is required and held in case of any damages or breakages. This is returned at the end of your stay directly into your bank account.

How do I pick up keys?

These will be given to you when you arrive by our Property Manager who will introduce you to the house and its facilities. On your departure keys should be returned to the Property Manager along with notification of any breakages or issues.

Can I arrive early?

Arrival time is 4pm. Occasionally it may be possible with prior permission of the owners at their complete discretion to arrange an earlier arrival time if required - this is likely to be possible at quieter times of the year and must be prearranged with the owner.

Can I leave later?

Departure time is 10am. Occasionally it may be possible with prior permission of the owners at their complete discretion to arrange a later departure time if required - this is likely to be possible at quieter times of the year and must be prearranged with the owner.

Do I have to recycle household rubbish?

Yes full instructions and which bins to use will be provided.

Who do I contact if there is a problem?

Our Property Manager will be available during your stay and if it is prior to your stay please use the contact details on the website.

Do I need to bring bed linen and towels?

No we provide all bed linen and towels. We only ask that you use the specified towels if taking towels to the beach and please wash them after use.
